Located in the James Bay neighbourhood of Victoria, BC, and in the perfect location for a “15-minute” lifestyle, less than a 10-minute walk to both Beacon Hill Park and the beach at Holland Point Park.

The project is a 6-storey apartment building with 67-units that share a 50/50 split between inset and projecting balconies. The building design aims to respond to the prominent, active urban street corner of the site, while prioritizing an enhanced pedestrian experience for all. When considering the aspiration of a street-focused development, it was important to ensure the building was appropriately scaled to maintain a comfortable relationship with people and their surroundings.
